Why the name? 

Starting as "Mermade in Manhattan", where our designer "Mer Made" custom mermaid bras and crowns, the brand has grown into a collection of textiles and designs for everyday wear. 

Introducing Urban Mermade, a unique clothing brand that seamlessly blends eco-friendliness, urban lifestyle, and the allure of mermaids. 

This brand is for individuals who appreciate sustainability, urban aesthetics, and a touch deep sea magic.

Many of our collections are created with recycled materials, and we aim to continue the use of these whenever possible. 

Mermaid outfits don't have to be basic and you don't have to live at the beach to wear them! Carlyn is a former New Yorker, specifically Brooklyn, and took inspiration from the city life and the beach life to create versatile pieces that can be worn in any environment.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on the items ordered, shipping can take anywhere from three days to two weeks. Pieces are all made custom to order.

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns due to sizing. Please check the size charts prior to ordering.  Please also check the fabric as many items come in different fabric choices, so please be aware when choosing. If there is an error with design or a defect please email and we will take care of it.
